well ive decided i really need to do more 2d to balance all the 3d stuff i do. so with that i thought i would start a sketchbook thread to keep all the stuff in on place. ive just bought painter x and i use a A5 wide intous 3 wacom

wow very nice.
the only thing is i think you should experiment with you colors more , it seems very bland , boring color wise.

The last painting is good. If you used a vanishing point it would come out more believable. keep em coming. lats

thanks for the comments mate and here is an update with tweaked chest and i made a change on the arm joint to so it would actually bend :)

i agree im kinda a lazy sketcher when it comes to perspective, i tend to get the feeling of it down more than the techy side of it. which i leave till later on, but agree its something i need to pay attention too
