The simplest (if not the most accurate way to do it) is to load the swatch screen-shot up in Photoshop, create a blank swatch file, then start sampling the swatches and re-creating the the swatch layout swatch by swatch. You need to be sure you have it dragged out to the same width or else it will get scrambled. It's tedious as hell, but it gets the job done.

Cant you just crop that image in photoshop and use the eyedropper on it?

Alternatively you can just buy the video, the swatches come with it :P
