Faces.......how?

:D Can any one help me with drawing faces, i have tried all the ways in books but my faces always come out looking like the huchback on a bad day

Learning to draw faces well can take quite a while. Are you attempting to draw likenesses of people?
I would suggest getting a book that shows you the basic proportions of a face (like eyes halfway between the top and bottom of the head, top of the ears in line with eyebrows and bottom of ears in line with bottom of nose etc). This sorta thing should help.
You said that you've tried the books but you're still struggling...how long have you been learning/practicing?
I've been drawing for about 15 years or more (since I was a kid) and I've still obviously got a lot to learn so, as they say, practice makes perfect.
