help!

okie, ive tried everything. I even tried uploading my webpage demo thingie to topcities, but it didnt work. And im sure this has been asked lots of times before but... How do I make my images appear? I posted a thread with them in the sketches area, and I can see them (they're linked from a filemanager at topcities, named .jpg) but others cant.
Please help? (lol cant someone make this a tutorial for the noobs and post it in its own forum area)

Are you using Netscape Composer by any chance to create your page? Because I had a problem that took me quite awhile to figure out as a result of that program.
