can somebody tell me why my painter don't have any "liquid" tool .

Sorry, but I'm not sure what you mean by " 'liquid' tool ".
Can you clarify?
If you're referring to Photoshop's Liquify filter, there are a few ways to accomplish that effect in Corel Painter.
Also, please tell us which Painter version you're using and maybe show us some example images that demonstrate what you want to accomplish (post the URL to the images).
