Hunter College in NYC?

Anyone know how the art program is at Hunter College in NYC? The tuition is dirt cheap, but I don't know how good it is there. It does look to lean to the fine/modern art side.

I dont think Hunter is good for art. Looking at the course list it seems to focus on nothing. There are about 4 classes in the whole program that are actually painting or drawing. I doubt you can get good spreading yourself that thin.

If you need to go to a public college in NYC the illustration program at FIT is pretty good.

Hunter is bad for art. It is mostly a medical college, and second it is a CUNY (City Uniersity of New York) which is :barf:

Did attend FIT? I was thinking about FIT before, but I noticed they require a lot of fashion illustration.
