market overseas?

for anybody who might offer words of wisdom... what is the market like for sci-fi/fantasy type work in western Europe? i know for artists just starting out in the US it can be hard and prices may be quite a bit lower considering the current economy. is there a good rate to start out at without scaring the clients off? ... or maybe this belongs in the employment forum.. hmmm.

Yeah, it's true what Fipse says, almost non-existent. We usually import all the stuff from the US (and a little bit from France and Belgium).
