WHITE WOLF, INC. and author NANCY A. COLLINS sue SONY PICTURES, SCREEN GEMS and LAKESHORE ENTERTAINMENT for "Underworld" copyright infringement

Do they stand a chance or is it just wasting time?

Y'know, if I were White Wolf, I'd wait until AFTER the film came out to start throwing lawsuits around. This could end up being the next universally hated movie, ala Battlefield Earth or Waterworld. If that's the case then NO ONE is going to want to claim responsibility for creating such crap.
