Nice! Could we see it a bit bigger?
I could never get charcoal and graphite to play well together.

You use only charcoal pencil or use graphite too? I've never been used charcoal so I'd like to know how to erase it, do you need special eraser to lift off the charcoal?

For this drawing I used a charcoal pencil (soft, medium and hard) For the soft areas (face) I used a "soft" pencil (obviously). Can you see the strokes of the face?
No, I did not used any "special "eraser. :)

Very pretty. I like how you added more depth to the face, than there is in the photo.
(and I believe the girl is from singapore, not china, by the way... :)

Very nice. The detail of the hair and how you made the semi-transparent ribbon are especially well done.

Its very nicely rendered. I like it.
my only crit would be that her facial features don't line up. the mouth nose and eyes are all tilted slightly differently.

The crit about the facial features not lining up is a very important one.
Don't dismiss it right away.

You're talented and have a good eye. Now use that and start drawing from life.
Train yourself to think dimensionally in stead of looking at your drawing as a flat
shape. The most succesfull way of doing that is drawing and painting from life.
I'll be happy to give more crits on that.
