Based on a character of the same name from an episode of the animated series of Batman. I don't think this guy was in the original comics, and it probably doesn't look anything like the guy from the cartoon but he can apparently freeze or slow down time. I used a mixture of Painter and Photoshop. Any crits would be great, as most of the picture was done on seperate layers.

very cool, very stylish, feels very much Jules Verne or H G Wells. Colors, composition, and balanced/imbalanced pose work very nicely. 3 crits, the first two opinion, last one factual: If i remember the episode correctly, this guy was very OCD, maybe make him look a little more neurotic IF you want him to really be that Batman character, other wise it's great as-is. I'd like to see the bottom of the gun's handle a little more (very much an opinion, nothing more). The one factual crit is you shouldn't be able to see stars through the dark side of the moon.

Nice, man! You could do editorial illustration with that style.

zeroe: Thanks. :)
bwkeough: Thanks for the crits. Yep, I've made the guy a bit too passive as the guy was totally OCD and hyped up. hahahaha, you're right about the stars behind the moon, I can't believe I missed that. I'll tidy up the gun handle a little bit.
Tedsuo: Cheers. I think editorial stuff would be quite fun. Maybe when the papers stop using black and white someday. :)
