One of the most comment questions i get is 'How do you switch between brushes faster? is there a way you can set hotkeys for them?

My answer is no, you cannot set hotkeys for brushes, BUT. There is a Pallete called "TRACKER".

go to "window" and then show tracker. This will track ever brush you used since turning on painter8. So if you like to switch between a series of 8 brushes through out a painting. You can track all 8 and select them with speed.

The triangle to the very right will give you more options like clearing the list or changing how you view the brushes.

I will shortly give a tutorial on how to make your own library of your favorite brushes, but for now i hope this helps some of you.

Hey Davi,

Maybe this can help work flow. I created a folder with all my favourite brushes. And I put it in Painters brushes folder. then I load my library. So when I want to change brushes, they ALL show up in the brush variant window. Just one click!
