some things i encountered viewing the page on various
other mashines, if you encounter the same or others,
please let me know...
[and if you know how to fix them even better] :

menu :
-flickering on mouse-over effects [winxp ie?!]
-mapping shapes stay after click
-image background not the same as window bg [interlaced?!]

.... actualy its just the menu which seems rather odd
on some mashines... if you could test this for me 'd be nice.

Everthing seemed to be working fine. On the opening page, I'd suggest actually putting type that says click image to Enter or having it to where the cursor changes to a hand or the image changes on roll over. I honestly didn't think there was a link on the opening page at first. You don't want to lose somebody at the opening page.

Nice color choice for the BG.

Like the person above said, design is very vague. Leaves the viewer in suspense. Honestly, if I don't see the "Hand" cursor, I'll often dismiss the possibility of it being a link/button. You should definitely clue the viewer into where to click. If not, at least turn the "Hand" cursor back on. As for the main page itself, the BG noise leaves you to think that something's going to happen. I was especting an animated intro of some sort. Also the menu isn't too great, you don't even realize its a menu untill you're once again on a hunt for what can and cannot be clicked. It's only a beta, keep workin at it. Also try to have some loading animations or a page without a status bar ,no point in having a status bar if it doesn't function in any way.

for the most part i like it but...

1: no hand cursor means no clicking.
2: the loading bar didnt do anything till it was done and all at once it went blip and then page (need to make it do what its supposed to do)
3: the navigation is not very understandable. it was hard for me to figure out what to do and i been doing this stuff for a long time.
4: the eyes link (present) can only be clicked via the tear that is below the face. the rest is obscured but the contact face button.
5: the hot spots ont eh different buttons is not very clean and could be inplimented with image refs instead of hotzones.
6: put someting on the first page you come to
dont leave it blank by all means. put the present info up there on open.

I like the image and the orange BG, but here's some crits:

Like others said, change the cursor to a hand or something when over the image. No one is going to read the "click to enter at the bottom." Well, I did. But no one ELSE will... ;)

And I cannot stress this enough: Do NOT have a 2nd page open for your website! It is SO overdone, and above all - ANNOYING! I hate sites that open a 2nd window, especially since I, and thousands of others on the net, have a pop-up blocker. If I have to turn it off just to see your site, I'm gonna close the whole damn thing and move on. When someone clicks your splashpage image, have the site open in the same browser window. There's zero point to having two pages.

ill change the java loader so youll notice a load progress - was
actualy wondering why i didnt work probably
and will se how i can manage the splash page...
