Need some comments on this. I think it's finished, but I'm so weary of looking at it I can't be sure.
Since I think it is I put it in the finished thread.
Comments?

Nice composition.
The atmospheric haze seems a bit muddled. Your background elements should lose contrast as they approach the horizon color. Right now the distant towers appear to have more contrast than the dome. I would reserve black to accent the foreground elements in this case.
You need to add a higher value contrast to the dome (which I assume is the focus) and give it more detail than the surrounding objects. At such a distance, the spotlights striking the dome would appear to cast a harder edge –doing this will help reinforce the scale.
As far as color, I would add a warmer tone to the diffused light emanating from below –this will help strengthen the atmospheric perspective as it approaches the horizon color.

Very nice. Extremely saturated blues tho. And the lights are pretty caustic.
P.S.: what the heck is this thread doing in the Coolest Links forum ?
