Hey everyone,
This girl was inspired by the work of Bengal and Landmate and I'm using it to experiment with a simple theme. Usually I just colour using whatever colours I feel like.
Obviously my colour theme is blue and red/pink.

I started with the blue skin tones for no particular reason and have done quite a bit of work in them. But now I'm wondering if the pink tones over the blue have a nicer effect. She's not supposed to be an alien or anything like that so maybe it's just silly that she has blue skin??

PLEASE help me out...any thoughts are appreciated,
Thanks

dammit...it doesn't seem to be working...
i know it's a hassle but maybe try these links

pink (http://www.deviantart.com/view/2963798/)

blue (http://www.deviantart.com/view/2963803/)

Also, if anyone has any idea why these images aren't loading properly I would appreciate any help on offer...I have posted a number of images in the past and all have worked fine- even these images seem to work occasionally but not consistently...why?

i think the blue one works better for me. however there some issues you might need to lookt at. firstly her fave, her facial features are cramped way to tightly in the lower half of the headm they should be more spread out. secondly i think her right arm is out of proportion being as thick as it is.

good job on the coloring and concept

and ur images dont work because deviant art doesnt allow hotlinking as far as i know.

I can't even see them at deviantart... just more red-and-white x's.

i've hosted all my other posts at deviantart...perhaps they've changed their services.
thanks for the crits zeroe, i appreciate them greatly. for some reason I always draw women's arms thicker than they should be.
The reason her face is cramped down in the bottom half of her head is that her face is supposed to be turned downward...i guess that doesn't come across too well...
thanks again
