first: many thanx to our beloved andrew for having created the themed speed painting that fast.

even if you already know what speed painting is about, here's a brief explanation, in a few words: according to the given theme, the aim is to make a rapid sketch or painting. you post the concept you have done, and that's it!

the only constraint is to stick to the theme, no matter the style, the size, the look.....
be wise not to put stuff that have taken you more than 1 or two hours, as it will be more considered as regular CG. you're the judge on your own selections.

the idea is to see what peeps can come up with, with their own personalities and concept.

go for it!

great idea!

not only does one need to focus on the core idea of the design, it also doesn't take a lot of time so one can do one or two of them although having a larger project in progress...
this will boost talent O_O

When going by the one hour time constraint, does the time it takes you to come up with an idea count?

thats a good ?, the best wasy to get an idea is to keep you pen moving, i would think it starts the moment you lock onto and idea
