My second attempt with wacom and painter.


Inspired by Patrick Tilley's "Star Wartz" and the Rimworld with it's 2 suns and 1476 planets in the same orbit.


I learned alot making this pic. I think the hardest part was rendering the guy (Andrew Webber) so he would fit with the background.
Nice, big, clean strokes with airbrush vs. small, detailed. Whats the secret? Help wanted :P

It looks like you were going for a Erie, yet peacful look.
I would have to suggest some more shadows on the clouds in the upper left part of the sky. I think that would bring out the contrast of the sun/light, and show alot more mood.

The moons are a tad bit off. Because in the normal world, the sun is alot further away from the planet than the moon. So they`ll be lit up on the back, not the front. Thus, you shouldn`t be able to see them.

I think those are suposed to be plantes...alot of them really close together right? Whats this RImworld? It sounds familiar...
