Where to skillfull huntsman guys come up with their garment designs?

I was just thumbing through Skillfull huntsman and became curious if anyone knows where some good reference sites are for clothing, or armor, or if anyone knows what the skillfull huntsman guys do to inspire their clothing/armor designs?

They have all these weird do-hickeys hanging off of their clothes and straps and chains and clothing pieces that i don't even know what they are but they look cool, but i can't find any good sites where i can learn about all these different clothing types and accessories. anyone got any info to share?
