Man, you're my favorite artist here. I'm trying myself to sculpt some beautiful girls like yours but I'm so far away from this awsome result. I can't see a single detail wrong. BRAVO!!!
How big is your sculpture?
How did you do the texture of her legs?
and which tools did you use for smoothing the body?
Great work from a great Artist.

Ah, I remember the WIP for this. Fantastic sculpt. I'm envious of the awesome lizard texture you got on that tail and headpiece. Gorgeous job with the face too.

This a very nice piece. Enjoyable details and textures. I was quite surprised with it, since I mainly saw this thread because of the title. I am from Ecuador, which the Galapagos Islands belong to. I have been there as well and it is very beautiful place. I believe your piece captures some of the exquisite beauty of that place and is nice to see something based on that.
Just out of curiosity, had you been to Galapagos?

Lovely.
I love her reptile skin bikini. But i think the painting need more shadow and details on the blade and the dino head.

WOW!!! :sungod:
The female form, the detail, the color use, ..... omg.
The paint -you get a great translucency to the colors and their layers. Love the use of brighter coloring.
Sam- incredible work. I am new to the forum and did a little digging when I saw this post. Looking up some of your other work ... just incredible!!
Thank you for the great work and posting for us.
Cheers,
Jeff

This is really nice! May I ask what kind of clay you used? And what kind of paint you used? Cause I really like the 'softness' in the colours.
Oh and maybe you could post a picture with the sculpture next to something to give a sense of scale?
