Yeah, keep going. It's amazing to me how often people draw the knuckles as straight across. The difference in length between the fingers is reflected at each joint, as well...including the knuckles (albeit more subtly).

Yes like Stoat has said abouv, take a real good look at your hand or what ever you use as a reference at the time, take note of the Distal and Proximal interphalangeal joinsts, Distal beeing the uper join befor the finger nail, the Proximal beeing the join after the Metacarpophalangeal joint (the one where your finger starts or the ones you use to hit people with lol).

Also a bone study and a muscle study on the hand would be a good help to.

Not much to crit right now. My main suggestion would be to do some anatomical studies, bones and muscles, just what JRStagg already suggested. Proportion is also very important. Can't go far in figure drawing without knowing this stuff.

Some people can draw beautiful time but no accuracy at all. Some people can trace image perfectly, but the line strokes are not fun.

Both looseness and accuracy are important and I will say you definitely got the accuracy.
When you do more and have confident to draw free, the line will became more life and vivid.
Try use the side of the pencil or charcoal. It will make the line strokes more interesting!
