Help on details in drawing

I would call myself a decent artist, but what problem I have in drawing anything is being organized. Some of the concept art i do is ok but it lacks detail i never seem to have enough room i guess you could say. Could anyone give me advice or tutorials on correct shading and organization in sketches. Thank you for those of you who are willing to help

and you should draw stuff from reference first, then after a while youll have a mental library that you can draw from and eventually your details will become more elaborate. Just practice and take your time!
