Overall the image is good. I like the see through body armor. Good job.

Nice, love the dynamic .
The only thing that bugs me is the fact she looks like a riot policeman but with a gun instead of a shield or no lethal weapon.

it doesnt quite feel like she has a fore arm. maybe removingthe padding or add allitle more to it so it looks like its covering more, its to blotchy as well so try sharpening allot of those edges,i love the figure its got this in yo face attitude reminds me of robo cop :D

I do agree with edalva006 about the forearm.

The other little thing is that she's floating, it makes her feet look odd when she's not grounded at all.

I would put some kind of shadow around her feet. It will make a huge difference to whatever high-paying potential employer will look at this. ;)

Her left foot seems out of perspective too, which adds to the floating effect. You did nail the badass pose however.
