i saw a lighting test around the forums i liked and it inspired me to do this....

not a bad start, but needs some contrast..

if you start a new layer in PS and set it to multiply you can color and your linework will still show, but as far as shadow goes.. it all boils down to the good old sphere,cube,cylynder,cone exercise.. if you can shade those shapes then you can shade this 'cause it's full of 'em.

i agree with shyst on the contrast.
also ur coloring is kinda dirty, you can see that you didnt bother using different brush sizes or cuts.

When you shade sometihng with many cubical shapes you need to keep in mind that they also cast straighter shadows.
