So yeah. Finally scraped some time to do art for myself over Thanksgiving. Had a whole narrative in my head that goes along with this piece, but alas, my writing skills are dwindling (and I'm a little tired), so I think I'll pass on trying to write it all out here. Anyway, hope you enjoy. As always critiques are encouraged and appreciated. Approx. 7-8 hours. Photoshop.

This looks like the best piece you've posted on CA so far, by far. For critique I would say the mountain with the horned god is set too far to the left making the picture feel slightly unbalanced. Although it's a fantasy piece, the scale of the mountain and figure don't feel as believable, it just seems TOO big. Perhaps if the figures in the foreground and up to the mountain doors were larger? But the color scheme and lighting are just great. Your definitely getting better and better. Overall I think you've done a fantastic job.

This is a really great piece, I really like the mood and the scale , and the light is great. On the crit side, I think it might be neat if the staffs ran back into the mountain at the bottom making it look like it was all carved from the mountain.
great work, can't wait to see more.
