Alo,
I´m sarting this sketchbook so i can inprove more my drawing skills, i´m fairly new on this kind of things, so some pointers on what´s off would be totally superb!!

to get better drawing anatomy take a look at all the online help, like the free Loomis book for example here:

I agree with the above commenter. Loomis books are a great place to start for learning human anatomy.

You should also try and do some gesture drawings; if your area doesn't have a college or group that offers model drawing sessions, you can use websites such as www.characterdesigns.com or www.fineart.sk to find great model references.

If you want to focus on one particular aspect of life drawing first, I'd go with proportion. It's one of the most important areas of life drawing, and once you get it down, most other problems become quick-fix issues.
