Well I´m normally a 3d artist, but after I was for some months in Nigeria where I sketched a lot I decided to work more in both parts, 3d and 2d.
I hope I will find here help to push my 2d skills up.

Some of my last sketches and work.

Sorry for the quallity of some pics, but I only have a digicam and no scanner.

Cheers,
Josef

It seems that you sometimes draw the legs of your characters too short for their bodies; I notice this more on the creatures than on the people, so it could be a stylistic thing. If it's not, I'd suggest checking out some artist's anatomy books to get a better idea of correct proportions for a figure.

Some beautiful pencil work. It´s a shame you don´t have a better scanner or camera - some of these are hard to see. I especially like the first 2 and the last one.

Thanks and please post more.
