I find the flash interface extremely annoying.

I didn't have any problems with the flash face, I think your site and your work look great. The 2d stuff needs a little work, a little spit and polish is all. I did notice a couple of typos/spelling errors. Ordinarily I try to ignore that stuff in emails and posts but a website is a different story (and since you're looking for crits anyway...)

Bottom line: I wish my site looked that good.
