Role playing game needs artist.

I am an underground game maker, not really square enix so dont expect me to pay a killing since this is out of my own pocket/budget and yada yada.

Anyway I need a few things done.. the characters and everything are already created by me, all I really need are title screen, game over screen, and chapter covers.. in which are already planned out.

Im willing to pay based on the look/quality of the artwork. Please, dont make it too realistic though.. its not a really realistic game. Anyway, it'll be easier to say "Yeah thats the kinda style Im looking for" other than explaining how I want the art done.. so please post your resume's if its not a problem.

Above are some of the drawings of my characters in the game.

I need to both semi-realism and cartoon shading (but nothing too out there still want it a bit real)
Some of the stuff posted is right up my alley for my chapter covers.. but not so close for my main art premise. I dont wish for it to clash too much.. but I dont wish for it to be all the same either.

The drawings above are just for reference of the characters and etc do not see it as a palette.

You guys are great, but I am having a hard time seeing who can actually bring out the ambience in the game.. so I updated it with some of my concept art I did. If you find those something you cannot improve on/ do with your own style then it'll make it easier for me to choose.

Well, I'm understand the style you need. I'm not doing well with the realistic style, but for anime/manga design, I live with it for nearly all of my life.
