Got a cool idea, i'll see if i can pull it off. on a side note my thread in the WIP forum fits today's theme.

Well. I spent hours trying to pull off the image in my head, only to fail. So i whipped this one up just to give you the idea.

First post here:) this pic was done in under 20 minutes, a part of my own personal regime of daily sketching, hence the lack of detail in the axe. First thing that popped into my head when i saw redeemer, so he had to go on paper asap before i lost him.

it was hard to do that crowd of people without a wacom tablet :D
as you can see, i didnt go into much detail, but i like the way it turned out

well here's my dsg submission.
Ive been really trying to focus on blending of colors. and a particular challenge for me was the back light and shadows. also a first is for me to put some sort of ambient background in a peice. I feel good about this peice but would definitly like to hear any crits, cause I think there could be more done, but I don't want to overwork it.
hope you guys like!http://images.customize.org/category/dashboard/dsgredeemer1-0_full.gif

J0sh, it looks fine, but the beam of light seems to end a bit ambiguously
my redeemer likes to play "tea party" :p

Thought I'd join in. It struck me as a cheesy superhero name. Sort of like a low rent Punisher.

Nice Roeguard. The uplighting and cast shadows are great. Nice feel.
William b. Hand creepy. I like.

Man, I've missed out on DSG for more than a week. Normally, I don't draw creepy stuff -- so I'm not sure where this came from. It should probably go back, though....
