that's an awsome armour concept, did it require any research, and if so, what contributed to the finished concept.

to me it is visually attractive, yet some of the physics bothers me. very good job. it looks samwise'ish

His right shoulder plate looks strange but other than that, it looks great! I love the rendering of his blade. :D

WillSchnevel - You're right about the shoulder. Its way too close to his chest.

Cerk - Thanks! I assume by physics you mean his shoulder? Or perhaps his weighting?

alti - thanks. The only research has been the thousands of medival art concepts I've seen in my lifetime as well as looking up medival armour on google. I think I went too far with the variety of materials on him. I'll keep it more simple next time.

Looks like a lot of cross hatching! I like it, especially the perspective. Only thought-maybe narrowing the middrift a tad would have given it a bit more shape and, although I'm sure it was intentional, he looks a little "squashed". All in all, nice piece-would love to see more.
