Looking for a mentor! :)

Hello

I've been working as a colorist during a long time and now I notice that my drawing skills are way below my skills as a colorist. I tend to embellish and mend drawing errors with my coloring. I would like to learn how to draw the human figure better, animals, environments and perspective. If I have reference I can do decent drawings, but I want to be able to draw with no reference and become more confident when drawing, my pencils are not too tight and I always have to ink my work to make it look good. I hope that someone could be interested in teaching me how to become better as an artist.

Well, I want to learn more perspective, environment design and anatomy, as well as dynamic gestures. I would like to find someone interested in mentoring me in all these areas or at least one of them. I wish to find someone, it's time to improve!

My strenghts: Persistence and fighting spirit, coloring (although the samples I show are not representative of my current coloring skills) and "maybe" storytelling

My weakneses: I'm too perfectionist and small improvements are hard to notice for me (when I evaluate my own art), anatomy, perspective, environments and detailed art.
