not really a photoshop question but it's the best place to put it I guess:
How would I go about keeping the same HUE, but reducing saturation and altering value with cmyk values? Would the values for cmy be reduced but remain a fixed distance from each other (IE: c=100 m=80 y=100 becomes c=80 m=60 y=80) Or would they go down in percentages?
