This is ace, totally my type of thing. Not too sure what yaseck is on about, many science fiction characters carry large weapons that realistically they wouldn't be able to handle (my fave example is cloud of FinalFantasy7), too me it looks fine. The head is perfect IMO, REALLY REALLY drawn well...the only problem I can think of is his LEFT arm, something wrong with the joints?

I think it'd pretty good as is, your drawing style has a nice flavor. My main gripe is his pose. It's a little stiff and it looks like too much of his weight is behind his heels.

Nice..as for the left arm.. i think the wrist & lower arm is turned to match the gun angle , yet the upper arm isn't. Its close enough that i didnt notice till you said it though..
the center of mass is a bit to far behind his heels for me..
ohh big guns rrrr great! maybe hes not on a 1 "g" world!
