I came across this on a peer-to-peer app. and I was wondering if anyone might know who made this piece.

I personally LOVE it, such a cool guy and I'd love to see more from him if only I knew who he (or she) was.

So if anyone knows who made this image, please let me know.

not sure but the placement of the feet seems a bit wonky, nice hair though.
