Narco city

This is concept of city for my comic. I like how I started it a lot, and because of that I need critiques and suggestions.
By the way every body in this city are on drugs, so I make colours harmonic and warm.
I need any coment please.

You are right about book. This idea have start in one book -"Space Merchants" by Frederick Pohl. Thanx for comment.

My first impression was that it was a city built on a cliff. But it was actually a reflection. I think the reflection is too clear.
