Thats awesome =D.
I love those tatoos! Did you use reference(s) of real gangstaahhss to get ideas for the character/tats, or was it just all from your head?
Also, is that background a pic, or digital?
Keep up the great work, its always a pleasure to see what youve been up to, so keep us informed!

For the main character, my reference was clearly Boo-Yaa Tribe "Another Body Murdered" pictures.
For the tattoos, I've used some references too but I had to create the 17, the dragon, the "sacred-heart " and the Loco...( that was the commission )
Maybe to close of the ref and initial pitch...
I've maybe loose myself at it...
For this one, I think my line art is maybe useless because just the color work alone...
I've change my process and choose delibaretly to erase some part of my inking. ( I've done an advanced sketch that I inked after and then I scanned it and put the colors ) but I'm not sure it was the best.
I was thinking about the Wonderwoman covers made by Adam Hugues and the way he manages colors and line art...
Not completly successful for me. I'll try again :)
For the next one of this serie, I'll certainly use a more present B&W drawing, like the firsts I've made.
More comics style...

I really enjoy this piece, although i would like to offer some advice. The shoes bother me. I think the shoes should a different color either red, blue, or black. I've grown up amonst gangstas and they usually wear nike cortez's. I know its a minor nitpick, but i think it would make the piece stronger.
