View Full Version : A possibly stupid question about SCAD and money

I don't know, this might be a really dumb, obvious question but... The last time I looked at the SCAD website, they awarded money based on SATs and GPA, with various levels. I went to confirm today in the middle of submitting my application, and... I no longer see this anymore! D: Would anyone know if they just no longer offer it, or what? I was sincerely counting on it to be able to pay for school; my mom's in college herself, my sister will be starting her college education the same year I will since I took a year off, and I don't know what to do. Can anyone tell me anything they know about this?

It's always better to go to the source:
SCAD admissions office Phone: 912.525.5100 or 800.869.7223
E-mail: info at scad dot edu (info@scad.edu) (general information) or admission at scad dot edu (admission@scad.edu) (admission information).

I did email them, I just thought maybe I'd get a more immediate response if I posted here. (I don't want to call now, it's kind of late. o_O) But thanks! I hope the information is just missing and they didn't stop giving out that money.

I'm applying there as well and they were still giving me the scholarship as of two or so weeks ago when I talked to them last. So it should still be in existence at least for the 2008 school yea. Hope that helps and good luck on getting the scholarship!

I've had the exact same question, but I'll be visiting/applying to SCAD this Friday so I guess I'll find out soon.
