These roughs are good! Creature hunter looks very cool with those tattoos. That airship piece concept has a very nice atmosphere to it, nice. Would love to see that coloured!

I really like working on concepts like the firsts...A lot of mad ideas about creatures, their "essences", origines, the way they act...

I did the sketch in the subway, going to a Rendez-vous with my "Spawn publisher" and did the colors at home whith photoshop


the 2 blue illustratons were B&W commissioned works for a post-apocalyptic RPG ( I've also work on the video game project version of this game, called DarkEarth )

Lono : Yes, my father was really happy to play the character and me too...The result looks good and actually my father looks very young on this photographs ( younger than he really is. Photography is magic ! :)
Now it's my part, to create the set and the whole picture for the cover of this book...
I hope to put my mother and my sister on the next one. I've already put myself and some good friends on old pictures.
Always funny to have your family on the covers of books in a bookstore :)

I thought I spotted Darkearth and I was right :)
Are the other ones related to Nightmare Creatures? They strongly remind me of the game and of the style of the Concept artist who was working on that (Pascal Barret).
