Step one: Download Open Canvas( http://www.btinternet.com/~satanicus/eatpoo/OC/oC11b72.zip )
Step two: Download Mullin work in progress event file ( http://www.creatureone.com/non/spooged.wpe )
Step tree: Open Open canvas' .exe and then drag drop the wpe into open canvas and watch.
The Program is in thai, but if you press Alt+h and hit E it will switch to english(for the most part).
myself and brasshorsekiller were in the session but we let spooge do most of the drawing.
enjoy.

Thank you for sharing these davi, some really impressive stuff.
Was Spooge doing the car and arm?
Do you have more of these? :)
Also, many questions from me and I hope it is ok but did you do the session over Internet? How does this thing work?
thank you
Matthew

i did the small arm in the corner, he did the car and the jedi looking guy.
oc is a peer 2 peer program that you can connect to 1-3 people with and draw.
we meet up on IRC and introduced him to Open canvas at like...4am(est).

Is there any way to get some sort of progress bar in OC for the event files? Its just that I noticed with the Mullin's one that there were several points where I thought it had finished but it hadn't so it'd be good if I could bring up some sort of time slider or at least see how much time is remaining.
Putting these up was a very cool idea, I hope they take off.

If I remember right, version 1 is that same as 2, and it should give you a percentage on the title bar of the opened wpe file.. it will say milliseconds running and have apercentage, so when it reaches 100% it has finished..

oh that'd be great to do that someday, then i can prove how much better i am than... than that chess playing robot at drawing pictures. and i play a mean game of connect four. haha.
2 questions:
1) am i allowed to do this or is it a members/mods only thing?
2) are the tools stylus sensitive? pressure. tilt, whatever?
I just wannna sit back and watch. hehe. is there a spectator function there?
Oh, um... Polycount.com has a thing called Paintchat, which has a chat window and some very basic art tools. it's great for peer-to-peer tuts or just graffiti'ing, i'll get the link if anyone's interested at all.

it isn't a members/mod thing
i'll you just gotta find someone to host it and such, i'm going to write up some information about how to use OC later.
The program has stylus sensitivity, it is probably one of the best art programs out there for peer to peer.
also conceptart.org will try to have it's own paintchat service in the future.

It would be cool if we coudl organize OC sessions...brainstorm on DSG and such.
Would there be a way to set up a computer to host a server for opencanvas? Or is there a limit in that program? I can'r remember...
