This is for animation guys out there. Have you seen the book, "Groundwork for FLCL" ?

FLCL if you don't know, is an anime series and the book has an incredible amount of key frames, all laid out nicely on the page with timing there as well.

ive caught a few episodes of flcl on cartoon network and its a really rad series. havent seen the book though--ty

i love how experimental the artists were when they conceived the cartoon, and also--the action sequences totally kick you in your own ass!!

Cool ! Thanks for letting us know. I've only recently been introduced to FLCL and thought it was the most whacked and funny thing I seen in a while. Saw the 6 episodes and couldn't find much info after that.
I'll probably order it :)

Yeah i wonder if there are more than the six.

From what I heard they spent so much money on those six episodes that they couldn't afford to do anymore after that. Also I seem to remember one of the guys at Production IG saying they had no plans to do a follow up.

I going to have to track down that book now, loved the series.
