The aim is to produce 50 gestures by Sunday the 4th of November.
The gestures can be of anything, human, animal, cavorting capybaras....and can be in any media, digi or traditional is fine.
In addition to this, participants can choose to do a study of the lower leg muscles, in any media. Black and White or Colour is fine.
:muscle: Come on soldiers! Flex those muscles!!:muscle:
PS...critting each other is highly encouraged!! Let's help each other get better!

I will finish the leg's anatomy for the Optional studies and then start something else. I was thinking of doing more clothes studies, like t-shirts, pants, robes and other. All drawn on a body of course. to study the interaction. Let me know what you guys thing of that....
cheers

I think it's great. I didn't finish the last one but I'll give this one a serious go. At least I know I tend to focus on details to early rather than the whole figure and its proportions, which usually makes my figures have too short legs, too long arms or something alike.

Other topics could probably be some kind of motion or action (ie. running, doing karate, horse riding, whatever), face expression, animal anatomy (or an animal-human blend, seems fun), anatomy color study, or a study with specific media, or fashion/hair design.
List could go on really, are there any limitations?
Any optional topic thats human body/anatomy/pose related goes, probably? Or.. we did have a stillife exercise at some point...
Anyways, clothing seems great, looking forward to that.

Well I have done around 30 poses, whole bodies, but I'm leaving tomorrow, I don't think I have time to do any more actually. The holidays here are over an school starts again. That'll give me more time to draw though! I'll try to do 50 bodies til next week

MeTaL-Mike; Only the two of us? Bit of a letdown, thought it was getting better ;P Thanks, hands can be tough but don't mind doing them, somehow. You're doing good on yours too. Some complicated poses among them. I've noticed quite some differences. 7 trough 18, and the last few seem more slender for example, they're probably woman's hands? And it seems like you used different pencils on some as well. 25-31 look good with the shading. Accurate and easy on the eye. Do you use your own hands for ref?
About the ideas; Yea just some random stuff. Anatomy is more than fine with me though, need to have it done anyways ;)

Yeah it seems so buddy :D guess we'll be doing this mostly alone. Don't mind though, totally need the exercise and this helps a lot. hope some ppl will re-join someday. about the hands. yeah, there are the ones you mentioned at first are female. i used mine as well and yeah different pencils and even papers. i have sketchbooks everywhere. have two in my bag that i take to work, both different type of paper. at home as well. want to do more digitally but am so freaking busy at work at the moment that i don't even have a lot of energy to do stuff at home man. it sucks.
al well, we'll get through this. see yah at the next one.
