Nice one Ty!

I like the way you rendered the city in the bg. Was that referenced ?

btw the bird is there not to be cute. I read a short story/fable along time ago about a statue that was standing high above a city that had gold inlay all over it and it asked a bird to pick off pieces and give them to poor people.

Does anyone know this story's name? I believe it's rather famous.

He looks great with the shadowing davi.

Thinking about adding some color to this guy just for fun.

I got excited with some new music and forgot reference. Most importantly anatomy and how it interacts with lighting. It was a fun 30minute sketch just to relax a bit and distract myself. I might try working on it later, but it will most likely put in another thread when I get values down a bit more.

Here's my fella...
Pretty sketchy, but just the act of putting something in an environment (and beginning to think about lighting) is exactly what i need to be working on.
Awesome work everybody! Beauty, Hed/lamb!

Davi, Killer pose. and great forarms, I always have trouble with the twisty muscles in the forarms.
