A Bad Day

I created this in different form for a concept I did this week. I removed the bit pertaining to the movie, so I figure I can safely show it.
He is having a bad day.
Done from a pencil sketch with refrence and coloured in photoshop using a ArtPadII Wacom Tablet.

The guy on the left is well drawn but the alien thing looks like a different style. The alien looks a little cartoonish, not sure if that's on purpose?

I was trying to make it smoother looking. Slimy. Also I was feeling a bit whimsical when I replaced the original creature with the snail. :)
I can redo it in the same style maybe. I might try that tomorrow if I get the chance. Your right. It doesn't fit does it?
The original creature is in the same style, and I will post it when the movie has been released.

Im diggin the face, Pork is right about the Alien, also the sky is off as well, its too blurry. Id suggest makin it sharp and agressive so the style is consistent across the piece.
