dude davi, those are weird!
you could paint it all grotesque, with veiny skin.
the one on the right reminds me of that crazy half human/alien from alien resurection.

"Freddy Fingers" I think he qualifies for deformity, this took me 35-40 minutes with mechanical pencil and crayon
