Cargo Fighter/Transport
Equipment:
2 Massive Shotgun styled front turrets.
4 torpedo launchers fixed on wings
2 Rapid H-blaster cannons at base.
12 light fighter ships fixed in 'head' of ship
Triple enforced armor outlay

Description: The Liberty Cargo/Fighter Transport was designed to help distribute and collect cargo in areas of 'hosiltity'. The transport is one of the fleets largest ships and is the most expensive to build. When docked the ship seperates it's 'neck' from the body which allows insertion and removal of cargo to be quick. The head of the ship raises up to allow 12 light fighters to deploy if combat is needed. Armored with 3 times the 'required' needed for a ship of it's size. There are currently only 8 of these ships made.

Rebel's Rogue Freedom 01
Equipment:
2 turret L-blaster cannons on body of ship
2 stinger missle cannons on 'claws' of ship
2 sparrow(spread)-fire machine guns
1 Medium-Squid(fires misc objects everywhere for get away attempts. Common used objects are undetonated missles, scrap metal and common mines)

Description: The rogues travel in 6's. They attach themself to a main ship with their front 'teeth', so they have more fuel for sneak attacks. They have thin bodies and have less then the required amount of armored needed for a ship of it's class, yet they make up for this with their speed and sleath. Because they don't fly their ships when not attacking their 'transport' ship doesn't appear to be a threat since it caries no active/online weapons.

I really like the first ship-colors, design -the works.

but the second one doesn't match the detail and character. the purple plates look really odd and the lines are thick n thin and all over the place. although it looks like you did it on a wacom which is really hard to get good strokes. and the cockpit looks like its kinda crooked vs your technical diagram which show it to be straight.

keep it on davi and post more

yah i really learned from coloring on the second one that it is a good idea just to paint out some color ideas ontop of little thumbs to get a better idea of where i want to go with color. I just started coloring and it came out like craaappppp.

davi,

Nice stuff, but it dosn't seem to be as good as your more organtic work- no problem though, you grow like a weed.

I don't know if this will help but It helps me alot when I draw the tech stuff:

Study professonally photographed cars and how they react to light, it;s really just a formula .

also looking at construction equipment and how it is put together gave me a stronger mechanical feel.

I'll be posting some space ship stuff down the road to incase you want to give it the once over and give me your opinion.

take care,
