I am looking for a concept artist to draw five knights. The concept art will form the basis for modelling the character in 3D. There will be four male and one female character. They are all about 16 years of age. The style of the final 3D characters is to be based on the sample image below:

In other words the concept character needs to be comic/manga style. I do not require highly detailed drawings at this stage and all the drawings should be just black and white sketches that capture the look and personality of the characters. I will provide a description of each character. Each character needs to look different enough to distinguish them cleary and reflect their personality.
The clothing of the character will be as follow:

I want to do the project in logical phases: start with one character doing several sketches and working very roughly to find the right direction. Then once we are happy with the basics do the other four characters in similar fashion. Once we approve those do a final, slightly more detailed drawing of each character.
I would like to have and idea of cost and would like to see a portfolio of work
All rights, including copyright to all the concept drawings need to be transferred to GrinLock Limited.
