This is a very ambitious piece. You're dealing with tons of complex elements quite well. My strongest piece of advice is to be more selective with the areas of emphasis. Right now it feels too chaotic and my eye doesn't follow the piece around that much. If you make the contrast in the piece stronger, and give a hierarchy to the different elements of the painting, the composition will suddenly be ten times stronger :)
