those exercises I've done with my wacom greatly helped me developing my skills. I still suck but at least I've got a small glimpse of what's it all about, infact right now I've realised that all those pencils I've got are ok to do some math calculations with.
also all my rubbers(erasers) seem to smear like hell, which bothers me. also I want some pencils to colour some sktches but I dont know which oen I should buy. well, whatever.
suggest me what you think I or any other beginner might need. :)

Balton, use the search function and you'll sure find several threads dealing with this question. To give you a starting point, let me guide you to my sketchbook (http://www.conceptart.org/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=2194&perpage=10&pagenumber=25) . MindCandyMan (http://www.conceptart.org/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=870&perpage=10&pagenumber=61) also shows the tools he uses in his, as does KChen (http://www.conceptart.org/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=1432&perpage=10&pagenumber=10) (I highly recommend that you read this thread from first to last page!!!) and sparth (http://www.conceptart.org/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=7553&perpage=10&pagenumber=2) .
Enjoy!

yay! that's exactly what I was looking for! I've also read kchen's thread and it contains alot of stuff that I'll be trying to get used to. btw. since you live in germany like me, should I try looking for equipment at some bigger shops like mc paper( I really doubt so) or should I look out for some small art shops which might be pricey?
thx again for your help!

Glad that I could help.
Don't try McPaper, they've only got office stuff. You might find some useful art stuff at good prices at Staples. As for the small shops: I'm a great fan of shopping locally, but only when the price is reasonable, which mostly isn't the case.
I shop at Boesner and Gerstäcker. You can order their catalogues online via:
http://www.gerstaecker.de and http://www.boesner.com . The latter asks for you to be either student or artist (and ask for proof!).
