Hey folks, here's a new charcoal from the model, 5 weeks (3h/day, 4days/week)
it was interesting to do one from the thighs up! A bit of a strange pose, though.. :dad:
hope you like!

grenogs: :D analog charcoal ;) It's about 50x70cm, so pretty big
serpian: gluubahbu? Bgurbaah! ^^
lohre: thanks, glad you like it! Yes it's so nice to have so much time and really take a closer look!
form: eerr.. form?! Are you making fun of me?!? Haha :teeth: Man thanks for the kind words, I'm sad I missed you probably more than you are! Keep up the amazing work and DO NOT get more dedication or your pencil will overheat and catch fire. Leaves nasty stains on your drawings. not good!

keep up the great effort!

I think that for studies such as these, this kind of model will do fine. However, if you are looking for gallery sales or your own personal pieces, I would look to find a model of extremely interesting character or the easier route, beauty. The only issue I have with this piece is the model. Once you are able to purposely start choosing your models based on character or the muse, then you will see an improvement in your works. When the piece is of an average person it can tend to, but not always, feel like a student work.

Again, your dedication and hard work is most inspiring. Please keep it up. Such things have an affect on people even far far away.

man jason you don't have a clue what these words means to me.. Surreal!

Thanks for the thoughts on the model, I totally agree - right now in school the teachers hire and pose the models, so I'm stuck with that.
You guys are experts in interesting models, though, hehe :)

Thank you sir, for inspiration same goes to you and MB... MindBlowing. :yayca:
