How about some anatomy studies so you understand better what you're drawing ? :)

I am doing anatomy sketches as i speak but havent quite made enough progress to post. I am doing quick sketches to start. Just kinda scribbling them out but i dont know if that is the right approach. I am copying out of a Burne Hogarth book. Can somebody tell me if doing tons of rough quick sketches is the right approach.
Thank you
