If you could wish to have the greatest artistric skills in the world, would you do it?
That question often pops on me head...not only involving art, but anything that requires hard work. I myself wouldn't do it, for if i did do it, where would the fun be?
Just want to know what you people would do, and think of such a thing...this humanity has found a way of making a lot of stuff easier, maybe they'll find a way to cheapen the skill it takes to paint, draw and such....we never know....

I'd wish for an attention span... with doin' art mine's no longer than 3 hours...
I'm proud of the fact that I can churn out sketches quickly... it works for my future career choice...
but I lack the ability to stick with a piece of art for 20 hours... just can't do it...

Well, if we want to know the answer.... where's Andrew at?
haha j/k
No, I wouldn't want to have the greatest artistic skill in the world-- yet. If I were to get to that point, I'd want to earn it through work. Even still, there's still ways to advance your skill. Didn't Michelangelo say something along the lines of thanking god for never letting him be perfect, so that he can still strive for it? I don't remember the exact quote, but that was the idea of it.
But if I were to wish one thing that could magically change, and improve my artwork, it'd be to magically make myself stop procrastinating. I spend tons of time on the computer, when I should be working at my artwork. I'll say "I'm going to paint today," and then it never happens. It's seriously a burden on me... and I would try to change my procrastination habits, but I keep putting it off! haha
But seriously, I feel like if I were to have not procrastinated much in the last year, I'd be 10 times better than I am now... I HAVE to stop it...

For me, art or concept drawing isn't for showing off.
Drawing is such a passion and fun for me - so, I don't care if I'm the best.
Surely, 99% of all artists are better than me, but that pushes me forward and makes me enthusiastic about drawing/painting.
And if there's joy and fun connected with a thing like drawing, you get better automatically, so I just keep on doing it :)

Patton: I know how you feel...there should anti-procastination pills. I myself am a bit lazy still to stop it, hehehehe. Oh well, it's all in the will power, which is quite weak on me when it comes to choosing in between the holy practice of sleeping and drawing....specially when am tired after a hard day of training!
